Jammu: Justice Barin Ghosh of the Patna High Court was on Saturday sworn-in as the Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. The Governor N. N. Vohra administered the oath of office to Justice Ghosh at a function held at Raj Bhavan here in presence of judges, advocates, senior civil and police officers.
