Pawan shines

Chennai: U. Pawan took five wickets for just six runs to help Kedar’s CA skittle Imtiaz CA out for just 31 in a Pepsi Cup under-17 match between the two sides on Saturday.

Under-17: Imtiaz CA 31 in 21.2 overs (U. Pawan five for six, J. Vignesh three for one) lost to Kedar’s CA 32 for three in 13.1 overs (Manjunath three for 16).

Under-15: Kedar’s CA 228 for six in 45 overs (Akshay Srinivasan 114, B. Karthik 25, R. Jayachandran 26) bt Imtiaz CA 107 in 33 overs (Shantanu 35, Akshay Srinivasan three for 21, S. Vigneswaran three for 16, M.S. Srihari three for 11).

Florence Public School 95 in 34 overs (B. Karthik three for nine, M.S. Srihari three for 22) lost to Kedar’s CA 96 for two in 13.3 overs (R. Jayachandran 49).

Under-14: Imtiaz CA 145 in 30 overs (Aditya 32, Ayush 32, S. Vignesh three for 18, Rishi Vaidya three for 25) bt Kedar’s CA 125 in 27.2 overs (Rohit Kalyan 28).

Under-12: Kedar’s CA 94 in 22.1 overs (Ramraj 55, Rohan four for 14, Ayush three for 19) lost to Imtiaz CA 95 for two in 14.2 overs.
