Lucknow: In yet another embarrassment for the ruling BSP in Uttar Pradesh, a local fast track court has issued a non-bailable warrant against its MLA Dhananjay Singh, an accused in the murder of the state’s former Director General of Medical Health Bachchi Lal. Fast track Judge Narendra Bahadur Yadav issued the NBW after rejecting an application by the BSP legislator seeking exemption from it. January 12 has been fixed as the next date of hearing in the case.
