KOZHIKODE: Kannur men and Kasaragod women emerged as the State throwball champions here on Sunday.

The results: Men (final): Kannur bt Malappuram 15-13, 13-15, 15-12. Semifinals: Kannur bt Kasaragod 15-10, 10-15, 15-13; Malappuram bt Ernakulam 15-13, 15-12.

Women (final): Kasaragod bt Malappuram 15-13, 15-12. Semifinals: Kasaragod bt Wayanad 15-13, 15-12; Malappuram bt Kozhikode 15-13, 15-13.
