Woman ends life

P. Kalyani, 42, of Amarnagar in CBM Compound committed suicide on Sunday owing to financial problems. Two-Town Circle Inspector Narasimha Rao said the woman’s husband who was a dealer in rice was not doing well. He also suffered a fracture on the leg. Allegedly depressed by the financial condition, she had left her home early in the morning leaving her ‘manalasutram’ at home. When she did not return and TV channels showed the body of a woman being washed ashore, her husband Ramakrishna went to the spot to find that it was Kalyani’s body.
