Chamarajanagar: M. Satish (25), a resident of Tammadahalli village in Chamarajanagar taluk, who went to have a bath in the Arabian Sea at Malpe beach near Udupi along with three others, drowned on Sunday. Mr. Satish was working as a librarian at the Vishwa Hindu Parishad School here. “Reshme Nadu”, a local newspaper, had organised a tour of Udupi after its annual cultural programme “Samskriti Sourabha”. Mr. Satish was among the tourists. He drowned in the sea while bathing with three others, editor of “Reshme Nadu” Sadashiva Gattavadipur told The Hindu. He said it was unfortunate that the tour ended on a sad note. Te Udupi police had registered a case, and the body would be brought to Chamarajanagar., he said
