Camp to feature Chandrayaan School Notes

The Vidyodaya School, Thevakkal, Kochi, will host its annual camp on January 16. The theme for this year is Chandrayaan. Around 200 students from 25 schools in Ernakulam are expected to participate in the event that will be held in the school for three days. On February 14, the school will host a classical music fete for CBSE schools. This will be followed by a science quiz , said principal Krishnakumari Nair.

The school leader of Vocational Higher Secondary School, Irumbanam, Charutha Baiju won A-grade in the mono act event at the State Youth Festival held in Thiruvananthapuram. She had topped in the district-level fete also.

The SRV Higher Secondary School organised the annual cultural competitions for high school, higher secondary and vocational higher secondary students. The school principal T. P. Ramesh Mohan and Malayalam teacher Mohan Kumar who are retiring from service, will be given a warm send-off.
