Praja Rajyam to order probe into scams after coming to power

KOVUR (NELLORE): “The Praja Rajyam [PR] will order an inquiry, if it comes to power, into the scams that occurred during the Congress regime and punish the culprits,” said party president K. Chiranjeevi.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, he said the PR would order a probe into the irregularities in the allotment of land for Special Economic Zones, mines and the misuse of public money in the name of welfare schemes and irrigation projects.

The PR, which was committed to rooting out corruption, would maintain a strict vigil to prevent corruption in future.
