DEHRA DUN: Girijesh Pant has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Doon University. This was announced by a Raj Bhavan spokesman here on Tuesday. Presently director of Gulf Studies Programme at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, Prof. Pant will be the Vice-Chancellor for three years from the date of joining. He is an expert on West Asian affairs.
