Amethi: Seven persons, including two women and a child, were killed when a jeep in which they were travelling collided with a truck at Lucknow-Varanasi road near Musafirkhana here on Tuesday, police said. The accident occurred when the jeep driver tried to overtake another vehicle and collided with the truck, Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur, Durga Chandra Mishra said.
