Gaya: To escape cold, two bagful of textbooks meant for free distribution among the students of flood ravaged Kosi region were set ablaze by the teachers of a government middle school at Paraiya block in Bihar’s Gaya district, official sources said. According to reports reaching the headquarters, the school teachers on Saturday sent back the students home on the plea of biting cold and later set the books on fire to keep themselves warm with temperature reading six degree celcius.
