Negotiate with truckers: CPI(M)

V. Umamaheswara Rao, secretary, CPI(M) district committee, has demanded that the government hold talks with the lorry owners’ associations and resolve the ongoing bandh at the earliest. He deplored that transportation of goods came to a standstill with the strike and this would leave an impact on the prices of commodities and vegetables. He said that common people and the middle classes would come under pressure because of this.
