Trafficking charge

Rourkela: Police arrested a 32-year-old person for allegedly trafficking tribal girls of remote villages of Orissa’s Sundergarh district to Delhi.

He was arrested on Tuesday night following complaints by residents of Jhargarpur village.

The youth allegedly persuaded tribal girls to go with him to Delhi by luring them with jobs as domestic helps, the police said. -PTI
