Holy Angels’ School wins SBT Intel Teens quiz

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The team from the Holy Angels’ ISC School, Nanthancode, comprising Nanditha Sankar and Sanjana Suresh Kumar bagged the first prize at a school-level Intel Teens quiz conducted by the Kshema Social Circle of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT).

The second prize went to S.A. Seenathan and Nived of the Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School here.

In the college-level competitions, the team from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram — Jithin Jacob and Jose Thomas — won the first prize.

The team from Government Engineering College, Barton Hill — N. Rakesh and Anandasankar Anil — won the second prize.

For the school-level competition, the quizmaster was A. Khyrunnisa, Professor of English at the All Saints College here, and for the college level, it was P. Vijayakumar, Professor of English at the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram.

The prizes were given away by Assistant General Manager of SBT V. Prabhakaran Nair.
