Gulbarga
Gulbarga: Second Additional District and Sessions Judge Seshananda awarded life sentence to nine persons on Friday. The nine persons were involved in the murder of three Dalits at Allagi (B) village in Afsalpur taluk on June 3, 1993. Each of the nine convicted has been imposed fine of Rs. 13,750. The convicted are: Siddappa Shettappa, Basavaraj Vittoba, Vittal Shantappa, Upender Nagappa, Saibanna Lakshman, Mallappa Kaikalmane, Sharanagowda Vittoba, Basavantrai Sharanappa and Gollalapppa Shivappa.
