Woman kills two children, self

KOLAR: A woman killed her two children and committed suicide by jumping into a tank at Hogari village in rural police limits in Kolar taluk on Saturday night. The victims have been identified as Suguna (29), her daughter Bindu (7) and son Shabarish (4). Suguna, who got married to Suresh nine years ago, was allegedly suffering from mental disorder and had been reportedly treated at several places, rural police sub-inspector Narayanswamy said. Suguna reportedly took her children on Saturday night and pushed them into the nearby tank and jumped into it. — Staff Correspondent
