Local lorry owners’ body elected
HYDERABAD: The general body meeting of the Twin Cities Local Lorry Owners Association was held on Sunday to elect the office bearers of the association.
According to a press release, the meeting was chaired by association’s general secretary Mohd. Iqbal Hussain.
The following have been elected the following office-bearers: R. Ballaiah (president), K. Narsing Rao, Mohammed Karimullah, P. Ganeshwar Goud and Azmath Khan (vice-presidents).
High Court advocate B. Mahadev Reddy has been elected chief legal advisor.
Mohd. Iqbal Hussain continues to be the general secretary while Shaikh Jeelani is the treasurer.
K. Janardhan Reddy, A.V. Balakrishna Reddy, K. Ram Reddy and Syed Shakeel Akhtar have been elected as general secretaries, the press release said.
