VIZIANAGARAM: Joint Collector Ch. Lakshminarasimham informed principals of all colleges in the district about the Yuva Tarang programme being conducted in their institutions between January 19 and 24 to enrol students who completed 18 years of age as on January 1, 2009 in the voters’ list. At a meeting with college principals, he said that Tehsildars would enrol names if the filled in forms were submitted to them, according to a release.
