Final photo electoral rolls released

Tirupur: The final photo electoral rolls-2009 for Avinashi, Tirupur North, Palladam, Sulur and Tirupur South Assembly constituencies were released in the city on Monday.

Number of voters

The rolls were published after making inclusions in the draft photo electoral rolls published for these constituencies in November. According to final photo electoral rolls, there were 1,76,314 electors (89,549 male; 86,765 female) in Avinashi, 1,69,689 electors (89,009 male; 80,680) in Tirupur North; 1,94,287 electors (99,962 male; 94325 female) in Palladam; 1,86,001 electors (94,349 male; 91,652 female) in Sulur and 1,20,496 electors (63,195 male and 57,301 female) in Tirupur South constituencies.
