Fliers of kites cautioned

HYDERABAD: The Central Power Distribution Company, through a press note on Monday, appealed to the residents of the twin cities to follow safety precautions while flying kites. The press release cautioned against children and youth climbing over electricity poles or coming into contact with power lines in a rush to catch fallen kites. Using iron rods/sticks too could result in electrocution or snapping of conductors, it said.
