CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Friday described the “Jan Aakrosh Pad Yatra” being taken out by the Indian Natioinal Lok Dal as “Swarth Aakrosh” (selfish protest) and charged that its sole purpose was to mislead the people and safeguard political interests. Talking to media persons shortly after laying the foundation stone for a Rs.25-crore Institute of Driving Training and Research at Bahadurgarh in Jhajjar district, he said his regime had undertaken massive development all over the State and its achievements were not being digested by the INLD. The new driving institute to be set up in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki would have a capacity to train 12,000 drivers per year, he said. Two more driving training schools would be set up in collaboration with Maruti Suzuki and Tata India at Kanheli in Rohtak district and at Kaithal. It is also proposed to strengthen the infrastructure at the existing training institutes in Karnal, Murthal, Gurgaon, Rohtak and Hisar.
