Telugu Yuvatha president in race for MP ticket

Correspondent

VIZIANAGARAM: District Telugu Yuvatha president Muddada Madhu has stirred the hornet’s nest on by announcing that he is ready to contest from Vizianagaram Lok Sabha seat. K.A. Naidu son of former MP Kondapalli Pydithalli Naidu and unsuccessful contestant in the by-elections to Bobbili LS was also a strong contender for the seat.

Addressing a press conference on Saturday, Mr. Madhu said that TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu had already announced that 40 per cent of seats would be reserved for the youth and considering his candidature for the seat would mean doing justice to them. Already he toured all the Assembly segments under the parliamentary constituency and he, if given a chance, would surely win because of support of two lakh Yadavas in Uttarandhra, he said.
