BIDAR: Two persons were killed on the spot when a tractor transporting bricks overturned on Fatmapur road near Hudgi village of Humnabad taluk on Saturday. Police gave the names of the dead as Parameshwar Halage (25) and Jagannath (40). The accident occurred reportedly because the driver lost control of the vehicle. Two other persons Kalappa and Nagappa, who were travelling in the tractor, sustained injuries. The Humnabad police have registered a case. — Staff Correspondent
