Tamil Nadu handicrafts exhibition inaugurated

HYDERABAD: The Crafts Bazar, a handicrafts exhibition under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd. was inaugurated by Hyderabad Collector Naveen Mittal at Royal Function Hall, Lakdikapul on Saturday.

TNHDCL Manager R. Karunakaran expressed happiness over the good response evoked by the previous exhibitions in the city.

A wide range of handicrafts such as bronze icons, panchaloha lamps, sandal wood items, jewellery, jute products, Thanjavur art plates, rosewood inlay products, brass art ware, and paintings are on display. A 10 per cent special discount could be availed on the products on sale. The expo would be open till January 28 between 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
