Prabhugaonkar dead

PANAJI: Shivaji Prabhugaonkar, Special Secretary, Information, and former Director of Information and Publicity, died on Tuesday after brief ill-ness.

He was 50.

He is survived by his wife Suhasini S. Prabhugaonkar, president of Goa Union of Journalists, and two children.

The Chief Minister of Goa, Digambar Kamat, has mourned the death of Prabhugaonkar.
