Probe ordered into Srisailam hill fissure

HYDERABAD: The government has ordered an inquiry by experts into the fissure on the hillock facing the Srisailam reservoir alleged to have been caused by cutting or blasting of the hills by the company implementing the Srisailam Left Bank Tunnel Project. Major Irrigation Minister P. Lakshmaiah said a team of experts from Geological Survey of India had already reached the site. –Special Correspondent
