Quiz programme
HOSUR: The Hosur Government Girls Higher Secondary school bagged the first prize in the quiz competition conducted by the Lions Club of Hosur recently at the Maharishi Bala Vidyamandir Higher Secondary School.
V. Gnanasekaran, secretary of the club said, “we are conducting quiz competitions on current affairs, science, maths and sports for students of government schools every year.” The second prize was won by Berigai Government Higher Secondary School and third prize went to Bagalur Government Girls Higher Secondary School. N. Dhanasekar, president of the Club, presided over the prize distribution function. The project Chairman and the past president of the Club, Sivaraman, participated. Balachandran and Suganya were the moderators for the quiz programme.
