Two killed in road accidents

Rourkela: Two persons were killed and another was injured in separate road accidents in Rourkela district, police said on Thursday. Pradhan Munda (35) and his father-in-law Barun Munda (60) were critically injured when they were hit by a tipper while travelling on a bicycle on NH-215 at Jamudihi, under K. Balang police station. While Pradhan died later at Lahunipada Hospital, Barun was in a critical condition. In another mishap, the helper of a dumper, parked alongside the road, was killed when a truck hit him at Rajgangpur. The driver of the truck is absconding.
