Bangalore: Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa on Friday said there would not be any cut in the 2009-10 annual plan size for the State despite economic recession. Speaking to presspersons after paying tributes to father of the nation Mahatama Gandhi on the Martyr’s Day, he said the budget would be presented in the Legislative Assembly during the third week of February. Preparation to formulate the 2009-10 budget and discussions were being held with the Finance Department officials. After discussing with Assembly Speaker Jagadish Shettar, a date would be fixed for budget presentation, he said.
