KTA row flares up again

BANGALORE: Karnataka Taekwondo Association’s bid to reopen its training centre at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium here on Monday once again ran into trouble when supporters of the sacked coach, Muthappa, along with some parents objected to KTA’s move.

In an atmosphere surcharged with frayed tempers, both parties almost came to blows before Police intervened and pacified them.

The facilities were once again put under lock. — Special Correspondent
