Dais caves in at party meet

CHENNAI: A dais, put up for a meeting organised by Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) near Rocky theatre in Ambattur on Monday evening, collapsed after several people occupied the stage. PMK leader S.Ramadoss, who was on the dais, escaped unhurt and so did the other party functionaries, police sources said.

Membership cards

The meeting was conducted in support of the Sri Lankan Tamil cause and membership cards of the party were being distributed.
