APCC extended executive meet today

HYDERABAD: A crucial meeting of the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) extended executive will be held here on Wednesday at Gandhi Bhavan to chalk out a strategy for the ensuing general elections.

The meeting, the first after constitution of the full-fledged executive comprising newly appointed secretaries and joint secretaries, will see Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy and the APCC chief D. Srinivas discussing the action plan for the cadres to go to people during the general elections.

The AICC general secretary in charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs M. Veerappa Moily and AICC coordinator P. J. Kurien, who were expected to attend the meeting, are not coming on Wednesday.
