Suspected LTTE operative held

HYDERABAD: A man in his late 20s, suspected to be an operative of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), was taken into custody late on Thursday night at the Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Shamshabad here.

Police sources said the man was identified as Kamlesh, a citizen of Sri Lanka. He is said to be a Tamilian settled in Sri Lanka. He was to have boarded a London-bound flight.
