HMDA cautions public
HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Thursday issued a notice cautioning public against entering into any kind of transaction in a layout at Medchal.
According to the statement, the authority accorded approval for layout in survey numbers 396 (P) and 399 (P) of Athivelly village in an extent of 6 acres and 24 guntas in the name of G. Lamba and others in pursuance of an application.
Layout cancelled
However, the layout was cancelled by the HMDA on a request by the applicant.
“In view of the above, public are hereby cautioned not to enter into any kind of transactions in the above said cancelled layout,” the HMDA statement said.
