Orders reserved in Kampani case

HYDERABAD: Justice K. C. Bhanu of the High Court on Thursday reserved orders in cases filed by Nimesh N. Kampani seeking bail in criminal cases arising out of Nagarjuna Finance Limited (NFL).

Mr. Kampani filed a quash petition on the complaint against him saying that he could not be made an accused in the case relating to non-refund of deposits since he was a non-executive director of NFL. The arguments were heard for more than three hours and the judge said he would pronounce his orders soon.
