Mr. John Foster Dulles, the U.S. Secretary of State, left for the U.S. from Bonn on February 8, after reaching agreement in talks in London, Paris and Bonn for a meeting to shape policy towards a possible East-West conference later this year. After he had concluded his talks with Dr. Konrad Adenauer, the West German Chancellor, the Bonn Government’s chief spokesman announced Western agreement for the talks, at a time and place to be fixed.
