Precautionary landing

NEW DELHI: An Indian Air Force Dornier aircraft made a precautionary landing at the domestic wing of the Indira Gandhi International Airport here on Sunday. The aircraft of 41 Squadron took off around 4 p.m. for Allahabad. However, soon the pilot noticed a “spurious” warning signal on the instrument panel indicating that something was wrong with the aircraft. The pilot then immediately sought clearance for a landing and returned to the Delhi airport around 4.15 p.m.
