Amogh hits hundred

Bangalore: Amogh Nag’s 108 and Pavan Kumar’s four for 48 spell helped National High School defeat Innisfree HS by 12 runs in a B.T. Ramaiah Shield under-14 tournament match here recently.

The scores: National HS 277 in 44.3 overs (Amogh Nag 108, Dhanush 72) bt Innisfree HS 265 in 45 overs (Moiz 62, Pavan Kumar four for 48).

Vijaya HS 142 in 35 overs (Nithin four for 29) lost to Holy Saint Eng. School 143 for eight in 33.4 overs (Shobakar 41, Jagadish four for 35).

Bishop Cotton Boy’s School 220 for five in 45 overs (Aaron 79, Harish 56 n.o., S. Karan 50) lost to FAPS 221 for eight in 43 overs (Rohit Gowda 96, Sai Ram 42).

Presidency School, Nandini Layout 185 for seven in 45 overs (Nitish 66) bt DPS 175 in 44.4 overs (Milind 61).

SSM Public School 49 in 20 overs (Abhishek four for 16) lost to Clarence Public School 50 for no loss in 5.1 overs.
