Draw of tehbazari sites held

NEW DELHI: The Shahdara North Zone of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on Wednesday carried out the first draw of tehbazari sites for allotment as per the direction of the Supreme Court. The draw took into account cases rejected by Chopra Committee and pending in different courts of law. According to the MCD, 435 provisional sites were allocated subject to verification of documents and clearance by the traffic as well as local police.
