Tribals hold demonstration

BERHAMPUR: Tribals under the aegis of the tribal organisation Lok Sangram Manch demonstrated in front of the block office at Polasara in Ganjam district on Thursday.

They alleged that several needy landless labourers had not yet received job cards for their inclusion in the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) programme.

They also demanded proper transparent implementation of Forest Rights Act in their area.
