Gold prices at record high


MUMBAI: Making history for the second straight day, gold prices shot up on Thursday with standard gold closing higher by Rs. 315 at Rs. 14,705 per 10 grams on the bullion market on consistent safe-haven buying in view of uncertain equity markets amid higher global cues.
