Consumer fined in TNEB inspection

A team of 34 engineers of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, led by Executive Engineer L. V. Sundareswaramurthi conducted an inspection of power connections in Ellis Nagar on Friday. A fine of Rs 4, 557 was imposed on a consumer for irregularities in usage of power. In all, 2,391 power connections were inspected by the team, according to a TNEB press release.
