Kozhikode: The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) Pensioners and Employees Welfare Forum has demanded that the State government distribute pension to the retired employees on time every month. The employees received the pension only in the second or third week of each month. As per rule, the pension had to be provided on the first working day of the month, said a meeting of the forum held here on Monday. A resolution in this regard was also forwarded to Transport Minister Mathew T. Thomas. Richas Fernandez, convener of the forum, presided over the meeting. Office-bearers D.S. Madhavan Nair, O.K.U. Nair, M. Ravindran; C. Radhakrishnan Raju, Moideen Koya and Gangadharan Nair spoke.
