ALAPPUZHA: The State-level launch of the ‘e-grants online scholarship project’, being implemented by the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, was held at the Cooperative Engineering College, Punnapra, here on Thursday. Speaking at the function, Cooperation Minister G.
