KANNUR: Union Defence Minister A.K. Antony has allotted Rs. 1 lakh from his MP’s Local Area Development fund 2009 to the District Court Bar Association in Thalassery for the purchase of law books. The Bar Association was informed by Mr. Antony that the funds were allotted as per its request for the allotment to purchase the books for its library set up on the court premises.
