Industrial training

TIRUCHI:Candidates, who seek employment overseas, could undergo the free industrial training programme organised by the Government Industrial Training Institute at Tiruverambur and the Overseas Manpower Corporation. The next batch of the 15-day training programme to be held at the Government ITI would commence on March 2. Training would be offered in various trades including fitter, turner, machinist, instrument mechanic, welder and electrician. Collector T. Soundiah said in a press release. Those who wish to undergo the training can appear at the ITI along with educational and community certificates and two passport size photographs at 10 a.m. on February 27.
