Udupi: Yakshagana artistes above 60 years and whose annual income is not above Rs. 3,600 are entitled to a monthly pension of Rs. 1,000 by the State Government, according to a press release from Karnataka Yakshagana Academy member Murali Kadekar. Those interested in availing the pension can get the application forms from the offices of either the Yakshagana Kalaranga at the Admar Math Lane or the Assistant Director of the Department of Kannada and Culture. — Staff Correspondent
