Maytas Infra hearing put off

HYDERABAD: The Company Law Board (CLB) has put off the hearing on the interim relief sought by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to supersede the board of directors of Maytas Infra and appoint ten directors to the company on its own. In response to the petition filed by the MCA, the CLB posted the hearing to February 24. However, Maytas appealed to the CLB on Friday to postpone the hearing to February 26, which was allowed.
