VISAKHAPATNAM: Aspirants for Congress ticket from various Assembly constituencies met City Congress president Tynala Vijaya Kumar and submitted their applications to him. AP State Youth Congress Committee general secretary D. Anand Kumar Reddy went in a procession along with his supporters from the Youth Congress office at Kancharapalem to the city Congress office. He sought allocation of the North Constituency. AP Congress Committee joint secretary Beesetty Nookeswara Rao applied for a ticket to contest from the Visakhapatnam West constituency. He expressed confidence of winning from the constituency as Gavara community, to which he belongs, was dominant there.
