SBI home loan at 8 %
State Bank of India has come out with a home loan offer for its customers looking for a low-interest home loan to purchase a new house or who want to swap their existing high interest loan with a fresh low interest loan.
In a statement issued here, the SBI informed that under ‘SBI Happy Home Loan Offer’, home loans at 8 per cent per annum fixed up to one year from the date of sanction is offered.
After completion of one year, the rate of interest will be as per the floating rates existing at that time. The offer is available up to April 30, 2009.
